Thermos flask no longer keeps warm – seller not responding

I bought a Stanley thermos on eBay last August. For several months now, the flask has no longer been keeping drinks warm and therefore no longer fulfills its actual function.
I have already tried contacting the seller to find a solution. Unfortunately, I have not received a response so far.
Therefore, I ask for your support and review of my case. I would like to know what options are still available to me in this situation.

Mentor2 months agoSince there is no case, eBay cannot and will not help. Buyer protection has long since expired, and you have to enforce your consumer rights yourself.
