Hello everyone,I’m reaching out to the community and hoping for support from an eBay moderator, as phone support unfortunately wasn’t able to help further.The status:Since the last evaluation on 20/04, I have officially been classified as a “Top Rated Seller”.I am a commercial seller (VAT ID is on file and verified).I use the margin scheme.My metrics are perfect: 0.00% defect rate, over 1,300 transactions.I ship exclusively with tracking (DHL business customer portal).The problem:In my Seller Hub under the “Performance” tab, the table “Additional requirements for eBay Top Service” is not displayed at all. It’s completely missing from the view.Accordingly, no “Top Service” badge is shown in my listings either, even though all criteria (free domestic shipping, 1 business day handling time, 30-day returns) are met.Since the view isn’t even being generated in the backend, I suspect a synchronization error during the changeover of my account or an error related to the margin scheme flag.Could a moderator please take a look and, if necessary, open a technical ticket (IT escalation)? Unfortunately, phone support did not feel able to check the technical dashboard problem.Thank you in advance!
