Tracking showed item delivered but Ebay doesn't update status on website and I cannot contact buyer

I shipped an item internationally and chose to create my own label. I supplied the tracking numbers and courier name to eBay as well as my buyer. The item has successfully delivered on June 16 based on the tracking, but eBay still haven't updated the status to delivered. I tried to contact my buyer to update the status on their side but I didn't receive any reply from them. Is there anything else I can do? The fund will be on hold until my order is complete and I don't know how long would it take before eBay decides to mark my order as delivered in this case.

The tracking on eBay is lagging. Unfortunately, that's nothing new. Your buyer also can't update the tracking or confirm receipt of the item. All you can do is wait.
