No sale possible despite verification
Summary: moonslayer09 successfully verified on eBay, but still can't sell any items. An error message points to outstanding questions, even though there are no further messages or issues. perfect-sally asked an eBay employee to take a look at the problem.
I successfully verified myself and according to Ebay there are no open issues.
Still, I can't sell any items with the following error message:
You currently cannot create new listings or revise existing listings. Please resolve any open issues to continue selling. Further details can be found in your messages.{e296763-1291773x}
But there are no open issues anymore and there's nothing in the messages either.
What can I do?
