Changed from private to business
I signed up as a private business seller, but I'm still missing the terms and conditions, buyer protection, etc. I should have that for a small business, right? Where can I view and set that up on eBay?

If necessary, consult a tax advisor or specialist lawyer.
What you mean by buyer protection is beyond my knowledge; this is offered by eBay.
You are missing almost all of the legally required business details, and you are at high risk of a legal warning!
Why are you selling without legal certainty?
And no returns? As a commercial seller, that’s just not possible.

Mentor3 weeks agoNot even your legal notice is complete, and without providing a VAT ID, you won’t be allowed to keep selling on eBay for much longer anyway.
