Tax ID missing, eBay doesn't care

Hello, I found a seller on eBay who sells without a VAT number in the legal notice. But it is absolutely required that this be specified for commercial sellers. I reported this to eBay and got an automatic reply back from eBay saying everything is OK!
eBay is obligated to pay attention to this. The seller says that his INVOICES have VAT shown separately, and he has many more accounts on eBay.
But eBay doesn’t really seem to care about violations like this.
What else can I do???

OP2 months agobei eBay müssen gewerbliche Händler eine Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer (USt-IdNr.) ins Impressum einfügen. Dies ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben seit dem 1. Juli 2021, um sicherzustellen, dass die Umsatzsteuerschuld auch nachweisbar ist. Die USt-IdNr. muss im Impressum angegeben werden, um rechtliche Konsequenzen zu vermeiden.
