I was left an unjustified negative review by a ridiculous buyer, and unfortunately eBay customer service is too incompetent and doesn’t want to remove it. The item I offered(Item number:227326630135( – a new and unopened Pokémon card set – was carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition, as described.The buyer now claims:„The original packaging of the item is very wrinkled. This was not stated by the seller. It does not look like good handling of the goods.“To clarify:The item was shipped brand new in its original packaging.At the time of shipping, the packaging was in proper condition, without damage or major creases.There was no impairment of the goods or the contents.Minor external changes to the outer packaging can’t always be completely ruled out during shipping, even with careful packing, and do not constitute a defect, especially if the contents are intact. Ironically, the buyer is whining about the original packaging and not the item itself, and then sends me a picture of the packaging where no defects are visible. I seriously wonder whether eBay customer service wants to take me for a **ouch**?!?
