could you quote the exact wording of the letter?

A decline in service status can have different reasons:

Delivery times that are too long
Undelivered shipments
Too many complaints
etc.

You can see the specific reasons yourself in your service status and your service statistics.

You can only improve this if you avoid such cases in the future.
