Unauthorized sale through eBay
Hello, I offered an item and shipping within Germany or the EU. Now someone in the USA has bought it, chosen international shipping, and I’m supposed to send it to the USA now? Why is that possible?

if you want to prevent sales to other countries, it is not enough that you do not offer shipping to those countries. You also have to explicitly exclude them:
