Sent unfranked even though postage was paid.
I bought an item on eBay. The seller ships postage unpaid, so I have to pay the postage again. My son paid the postage at the door, but didn’t get a receipt. What can I do?

I wouldn’t have accepted the shipment if there had been anything to pay. That just doesn’t work either.
You’ve already rated it, and there probably isn’t much more you can do!

OP1 week agoHe's sorry, he would send me a letter (yes, a letter) with €10. But nothing happened, and he definitely kept me hanging for about two weeks with apologies. Well, my son wanted to do something nice for me. He doesn't really have that much experience yet. :) I wouldn't have accepted it anyway. Regards...

Mentor1 week agoIf the seller doesn't keep their promise, that's it for eBay. You've already rated them accordingly anyway.
Just put the seller on your block list as a precaution in case you ever want to sell something too and he thinks he has to buy from you and then leaves you a bad rating too.
