Unclear invoice
I bought several items from a seller, whom Klarna credited 8,98 € via Klarna, and through an eBay invoice Klarna is charging me 9,98 €. Kind of confusing!

unfortunately I can't find any order that consists of multiple items and has a value of about 9 euros. Could you please send me an order number so I can take a closer look?
Best regards

Mentor3 weeks agoHi @benediktfirst
Ebay charges you as the buyer the item price and the shipping costs.
What gets credited to the seller depends on whether they have to pay fees to Ebay. Which fees were charged to them and why can only be seen by the seller themselves, not the buyer.
Those can be fees for paid options that aren’t of interest to a buyer.

Mentor3 weeks agoWhat do the seller's credits have to do with you? And why 2 different amounts? What's that supposed to be about?
You buy and pay the stated price, and that's the end of it for you at first.

Mentor3 weeks agoKlarna is a payment service provider that you use for payments. I honestly wouldn't know how a payment service provider itself could make claims that actually belong to the seller.
Best please give the item no. and maybe an eBay employee can clarify this.
Good morning @mia@ebay could you take a look at this please? Many thanks
