Either in the search results list, click the three dots on the individual article at the bottom right, or scroll down a bit on the article itself and then click the question mark.

if you open the article and then scroll further down, at some point the arrow pointing up and the question mark appear on the right side. I'll send a screenshot right after, it just takes a bit longer because such screenshots are checked by the forum moderation.
