Hello 😀 ,Suppose a buyer starts a return as a complaint in a private sale. From my point of view, the reason for the complaint is not valid if the defect described was already stated in the listing. According to what I’ve heard, though, this supposedly happens quite often. Should I now get eBay involved and open a case, or is it enough to wait and see what the buyer does? Theoretically, I would have to dispute the complaint so that I don’t end up looking not credible later if a buyer protection case is opened late.There were also statements that a case, however, always leaves a negative mark.If I do it anyway: 1. As a seller, can I expect eBay to make a realistic decision if a defect was obviously complained about from the listing description?? 2. What options does the buyer still have afterwards to make use of their 30-day right of return? Thank you very much 👍mfg
