Hello,For a shipment with basic shipment tracking, eBay shows this in checkout as follows:Delivered on Wed, Jun 24Via track shipment, you can read, among other thingsWed, Jun 24 5:02Your shipment was processed at our logistics center in Reutlingen on 24/06/2026 and will go out for delivery on 25/06/2026. - Arrived in the destination areaFirst of all, the seller is responsible, because they know that basic shipment tracking only scans at the delivery centers and the shipment is never tracked all the way to the customer; they also know that, from my experience, eBay ALWAYS makes a false statement based on the data transmitted by DHL: "Delivered ...". This approach is annoying for the customer, because they read "Delivered" and wonder where the shipment is. Even in a "not received" case, the customer may be told that the shipment was delivered according to the eBay entry.It would be nice if sellers and eBay could find a solution for this ... and until then, possibly refrain from transmitting rather unhelpful basic shipment tracking codes.What do the other forum members think?Best regards,LED-Fan2013
