USA shipping to Czechia

Hello,
I had a shipment sent to Prague, and according to the tracking link it was there, but then it was marked as undeliverable. Name and address were all completely correct, note "return to local warehouse".
The shipping link, etc. didn’t get anywhere (including an AI bot that knew nothing at all).
The recipient called to investigate (in Czech), but the shipment couldn’t be found.
Then I asked eBay, and a day later I got a message about a refund, which I don’t want at all — I want the parcel to go to Prague...
Any experience with this?

Since the return was opened in Germany, you're still in the right place here.
The case has already been closed and a refund initiated. At this point, we’ll have to wait and see what happens with the package. The seller can also contact the shipping company again.
If the package is back with the seller, you should then discuss with them how to proceed.

The return was initiated because the seller did not provide valid proof of delivery, so the statement goes now.
I bought it on ebay.de, although shipping to Germany was excluded, which is why I had to go through the detour via the Czech Republic.
