Variant number instead of variant name in the personalized order !!!

Question

Unfortunately, it keeps happening on eBay that, in personalized orders, the variant number is displayed instead of the variant name. With one product that’s fine, but now I have an order with 2 of the same product personalized with names in different variants. How am I supposed to know now which personalization belongs to which variant?? This really needs to be fixed. It keeps happening from time to time.
