Verification and amount withheld

I'm a newbie, I think something went wrong when my private selling account was activated …
I sold my first two items on 26/07/26, and they were delivered on time.
After that I had to upload my passport and enter my bank account, and within 3 days my bank account was verified. After that, this text appeared under the Selling/Overview menu:
Thank you for resolving the open issues with your eBay account. We will notify you soon to let you know whether your verification was successful.
And under the order that is already marked as delivered, this text appeared:
Amount held - in eBay balance 1 Aug
what I find strange is, I can withdraw the money even though it is marked as held, and does it really take this long for the account to be verified, or is there a bug in the system?
how could I sort something like this out, where do I need to write???

The payment is no longer being held back, which is why you can also have the credit paid out.

Mentor1 week agoMoney that has been withheld, of course, can't be withdrawn; it's been withheld after all!
And I don't read in your post whether your verification was successful.
It would be best if an ebay employee takes a look at it and gets back here.
