@luwa_cards Your amounts are therefore not being withheld. This has another reason. Upload tracking numbers so that the system recognizes when items arrive with the buyer.

OP1 month agoYes, I'm aware of that, but I usually sell items worth 5-10€ and it isn't really appropriate to pay shipping of 6.19€ for that, so I send them off as a letter. There hasn't been a complaint about that yet either. How long does it take until the verification is complete?

OP1 month agoAfter I made a payout of over €1000 to my bank account, I was asked to complete verification and then my remaining balance was simply withheld.

OP1 month agoI only see the other problems today, and they’ve been there for a whole week already, even longer, so there’s probably no point in selling any more things as long as you’re restricted, right?

OP1 month agothanks because I’ve now heard more and more that even after 10-12 days everything is still unchanged with the restriction and I have, however, verified myself with my ID card.
