Sales not in sales overview
Hello,
I sold 4 items to a customer (by accepting a price suggestion) and now I can’t find them in the sales overview. The buyer doesn’t have them in the purchases overview.
I also didn’t get an email saying that the item has been sold.
What could be the problem?

Thanks a lot for your post.
It sounds to me like the purchase didn’t go through, since it isn’t showing up for either of you and you haven’t even received an email saying that the item was sold.
Please send me the item numbers involved so I can take a closer look.

Mentor1 month agoI think once the buyer has paid, that will be settled! eBay changed something there some time ago, and it only really counts as sold once it has also been paid for.

OP1 month agoBut the buyer can't pay because he can't see anything either

Mentor1 month agoHe should check whether the items are in his cart; they should at least show up there, and he should also get the prompt to pay.

Maybe it’s also due to eBay’s Friday tinkering day.
