After the purchase, the seller wanted to cancel the purchase or deliver only part of the goods because the sale price was too low for him.When he was informed that a legally valid purchase contract had been concluded and that I, as the buyer, was insisting on fulfillment of the contract, he canceled the purchase because the item was supposedly no longer in stock (which is actually just an excuse).I would like to take civil action against the seller and sue for fulfillment of the contract. How do I obtain the seller’s details in order to take action against him?Thank you in advance
