Hello,I had purchased an item and paid by invoice with Klarna. When it arrived, I noticed that the description very obviously was not accurate. I then contacted the seller. He became unfriendly and canceled the purchase. He then demanded that I transfer the money to him and said he would refund it as soon as I had sent the item back. After that, I received a very strange email from Ebay. I wrote to Ebay through the contact function and asked for help. That was now clearly more than 48 hours ago and I still have not received a reply. What should I do?Is it even allowed to cancel the purchase after the buyer has received the goods? Of course I wanted to use buyer protection. But that is not possible now. Why does that even work? The tracking in the app also showed that the item had already arrived.Best regards
