I bought an item at auction and never received it. The seller is stringing me along, so I open a case and explicitly document there that I insist on delivery of the item. The seller is just waiting for this situation and cancels the transaction and refunds my money. I contact eBay and they tell me I can just bid on the item again. Nothing is that simple! I can only “simply” bid on the item again if the seller relists it and the price is the same. It probably won’t be, because I suspect the seller was unhappy with the purchase price. This is a rigged deal and I can’t defend myself. Customer service only speaks broken German and doesn’t understand at all what I’m getting at. I’m so angry and feel completely helpless. A phone call doesn’t get me anywhere. I asked customer service to put me through to a colleague. That wasn’t possible. I then said I’m not satisfied with the service. Customer service then hangs up on me.
