Seller had a negative review deleted.
Summary: optimistischer reports that a seller delivered only one item instead of the two ordered. After unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller, he opened a case, but it remained unanswered by the seller and was eventually closed by eBay with buyer protection denied. His negative feedback was then removed quickly, which raises doubts about how meaningful such ratings really are.
Hello,
A seller delivered only one item instead of two identical ones.
A message sent to the seller afterward went unanswered.
So I opened a case. Again, no response from the seller.
eBay then closed the case, citing the incomplete delivery, and denied buyer protection.
I suppose I have to accept that. After that, I took the liberty of wording the negative review exactly as it corresponds to the facts.
The negative review had disappeared again after at most two hours.
It makes you wonder why you should even leave feedback anymore, or what feedback is still supposed to say if they let important warnings for others simply disappear so easily.
