I sent back a defective headphone using the seller's label. But on eBay it still says not shipped. According to DHL, though, the seller has received the headphone back. I've been trying to reach eBay for 12 hours already. It's impossible. The chatbot won't connect me with a staff member because there supposedly aren't any cases. Otherwise there's no way to reach eBay either. I can't even send the seller a message in this case. I can't get eBay involved. The only option I have is to cancel the return. But I'm definitely not doing that, then I definitely won't get my 70 euros back. Now I honestly have no idea what else I can do. Nothing works at all. eBay has organized the return case catastrophically badly. So I can't do anything.
