Seller cannot be rated negatively

Question

Hello everyone. I have a problem with a buyer who doesn't want to pay. That's why the purchase was canceled. I wanted to write him a negative review, since I got no response to my messages and had to deal with this for a whole week.
The strange thing is that you can only give the buyer positive reviews with a text that's already been entered..
Can anyone help me with that?

You can’t leave negative feedback for buyers. It’s been that way for "ages". And positive feedback with negative content is also prohibited.

If a buyer doesn’t pay and doesn’t communicate on their own why that is (e.g. collecting multiple offers), I cancel the purchase after 4 days with the reason "not paid" and put them on my block list.

That hits most non-payers harder than any rating.
