Seller cannot deliver a used item despite the listing
hi..
I bought a used e-bike on eBay where shipping was included.
now he can’t deliver it because the company supposedly doesn’t deliver used items.
Now I’m supposed to pay a difference, then I’d get a new one.
I should buy an item, any kind, for the amount and then he would have a new one delivered to me.
no idea what I should do

As soon as the delivery date has passed, open a request for an item not received. Don't get drawn into anything else at all, that's not in line with eBay policy.
