I bought a new device on Ebay, and when it arrived I found that it doesn't work; it won't even turn on. After I filed a complaint, the seller arranged a partial refund, with the note,that I didn't have to send the device back.Since I don't agree with that, I opened a case on Ebay.This was closed with a note referring to the refund from Ebay. Reopening the case is not possible, since the case was resolved in my favor.When trying to get help from Ebay, you just get sent around in circles and never reach a result.Does anyone have an idea what to do apart from leaving bad feedback?
