Seller not responding
I bought an item in mid-January that no longer works now. I have already messaged the seller several times since then. Paid with PayPal, it is a car radio (new), which certainly has a warranty. Unfortunately, the seller is not responding. I also wanted to open a case with eBay and PayPal, but it didn't work; maybe someone can help me with what I can do. Thank you very much

There’s a part that’s broken, and he could just replace it, right?!

Mentor2 months agoSellers don’t give a warranty! And you have to enforce your warranty claims yourself; ebay won’t help with that.
And PayPal isn’t responsible for your consumer rights either.
Where did you buy it?

OP2 months agoI bought from a commercial seller, he’s from Germany and also has a great rating. I’d like to enforce the warranty and have messaged the seller several times without getting a response.
