Seller is not responding to inquiries
I bought an item for pickup and paid via Paypal. Through the button "Contact seller" I asked several times about the item location in order to arrange the pickup. Unfortunately, the seller is not responding to my inquiries. However, he did respond to a cancellation request and refused it.
Have I fallen for a scammer?

Mentor5 months agoYou don’t always have to jump straight to calling it fraud if things don’t move fast enough. And if it’s the item you already rated negatively, then you probably can’t expect any goodwill from the seller anymore!
Try seeing whether you can report an item that wasn’t received.
