Hello everyone,I hope someone can give me some advice. On January 14, 2025, I bought a projector from the seller for €371.07 (order number 17-12570-97489).On May 4, 2025, a defect occurred, and I contacted the seller immediately. After a few months, he sent me replacement parts. Because of a move and the search for a suitable repair shop, I was only able to have the replacement carried out on October 18. Unfortunately, the repair shop found that the replacement part does not fit or is damaged.On October 19, I wrote to the seller again, but no longer received a reply.Now the projector no longer works at all. Since the product is not yet 12 months old, I’m wondering: Can eBay help me in this case through buyer protection? Or is there another way to resolve the problem if the seller does not respond?
