The seller won't tell me where I can pick up the goods and isn't responding. Fraud?
Hello, I ordered a product and have not received it. Ebay says I cannot cancel the purchase. The product is supposed to be delivered to me by 26.6.26. But the listing said that I should pick up the product. However, the seller is not responding and I cannot pick up the product. Is my money gone?

It’s a shame that your seller isn’t contacting you to arrange the pickup. However, you don’t need to worry, as in this case you’re covered by our buyer protection.
I recommend that you report the item not received to your seller via this help page. Your seller will respond to your request within 3 business days. If they do not, after the 3 business days have passed, you will have the option to ask us for help in the open request and thus make use of your buyer protection.
