Seller doesn't send a return label

Hello dear community,

I've had the problem for a few days now that eBay told me that a seller had sent me a return label, but that is not the case. I have now contacted the seller twice, but I am not getting any response from him. On the page, in the return summary, unfortunately there is nowhere the option "eBay einschalten" but only "Contact buyer". I only have until 30.03.26 to return the item.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I was happy to review the return for you and asked the seller to provide a shipping label. We give the seller a deadline of 5 days for this. If they do not, we will automatically close the case in your favor. I’m confident that the seller will get back to you. 🙂
