Block sellers
How can I block a seller? Sellers can block us as buyers, but not the other way around? I don’t want to receive any more offers from certain sellers. How do I set that up?

You can’t block sellers on Ebay.
You can only exclude them from your saved searches in advanced search.
Then their items won’t be shown to you anymore.

Unfortunately, I can’t judge whether that’s the better alternative for you.

Mentor1 week agoIt may well be that there really is a lot on the market there for new goods.
But otherwise there's no comparison to eBay! Nowhere else are there used items or even new goods that are a bit older, but have never been used.
