The seller tool looks completely different than before
Hello, I have a question: when you wanted to list an item, the camera used to appear directly and you could add pictures, and the AI would edit them as well as possible right away. Can someone tell me how I can get that back?
Because right now it looks like it does in the picture…

Thank you very much for your support. I have received feedback from the specialist department. We are currently working on optimizations, which may temporarily lead to restrictions when listing via the eBay app. These are not related to your settings, but are on our side. In the meantime, you can continue to use the previous seller tool without any restrictions. We hope that listing via the app will be available to you as usual again very soon.

What version of Android or Apple do you have?

OP3 weeks agoI have Apple and already checked whether I can do an update, but it’s the latest version on the app. I suspect it’s somehow connected to the account restriction, which has now been lifted, but it still doesn’t work.

please click on the icon for the barcode scanner - that should then start the camera function.
