Seller issues tracking number, but doesn’t ship the package. Good morning, I bought an item on eBay on 3/1/2026 and paid immediately via PayPal. The item was supposed to be delivered by 9/1/2026 as a DHL package. After the purchase, I received no reply from the seller, so I contacted them about the tracking number, but again no reply.Since 6/1/2026, the tracking only saysThe shipment has been announced electronically. As soon as the shipment has been processed by us, you will receive further information.I don’t understand it, why does the seller pay the postage and then not ship the package?I contacted the seller again, but received no response; the DHL status only shows delivery delayed.What can I do? Report an item not received that was never shipped? Or should I wait a bit longer?I’ve been on eBay since 2002 and have never had a case like this; why does he pay the postage and then not ship it, what’s the point?Please help meRegards
