Hello, on 24/11 I bought a jacket with authenticity verification under order number 27-13854-60213. Two days later I asked the seller to ship as quickly as possible, since from 15/12 until after the Christmas holidays I’ll be in the USA and on 13/12 I’m already spending the weekend in Frankfurt, from where I’m flying. The seller also confirmed that he would ship it right away. But he didn’t. By now, on 28/11, he has at least created a shipping label, but he still isn’t taking the package to the post office.I got in touch again and only after asking multiple times did I reluctantly receive the tracking number. He said he was going to the post office yesterday, and as of now he still hasn’t shipped it.Depending on how long the authenticity check takes, it won’t be possible for me to accept the item, since that is only possible with a signature. If the package arrives during my vacation, it will then be returned to the sender. (If it even gets shipped at all)My cancellation request was rejected immediately, and written requests for him to cancel the sale on his end are being ignored.What can I do? I can only open a case on 4/12, and then it’ll already be extremely tight for the package to arrive on time at all. What would happen in that case if the package gets returned to the seller while I’m on vacation? Honestly, I don’t even want the jacket anymore and would prefer to get my money back.Many thanks in advance
