Seller is trying to scam
Hello, what can you do if a seller cancels a purchase because the price they got was too low? Supposedly the item was destroyed while being packed. 5 minutes later, the item is listed again at a high Buy It Now price.

Factual and without insults, for example
"Article was destroyed according to the seller, however he is listing the item again, this time at a higher Buy It Now price".
That is factual and won’t be deleted either.

Mentor2 weeks agoUnfortunately, that happens, and eBay won’t help you get the item. You’d have to arrange that outside of eBay, and if necessary with legal support.
There’s nothing more you can do than report the seller, but as long as he doesn’t do this all the time, there won’t be any sanctions from eBay.
