Seller refuses to refund the item for a technical defect, scammer? | Members help members

Good day,I ordered a monitor about 4-5 months ago, and about a month ago it just failed. Personally, I assume it’s a technical defect, since it’s an OLED monitor, and those are just prone to stuff like this. After that, I contacted the seller and chatted with them. With a tracking number, I sent the item back, and it was verifiably received by the seller. But that’s where the problem starts:Originally, I was told it would be replaced, with a waiting time of about ~7 days. Since I was convinced by the item too, I waited without any issues, but the original 7 days turned into 14 days, and then a little more. Obviously I’m still in contact with the seller, but I’ve offered several times to get this item replaced with another monitor, or to have my money refunded. I’ve never had a case like this before, and as a rule I’ve never returned goods either. This would be my first case, and I’m hoping for an answer. Thank you very much ❤️
