Seller is not shipping
Hello, the seller is giving me absolutely no information about my questions; I would like to know when she will send the item. Why she hasn't sent it yet. I need this item. Bought on 08.09 at 11 o'clock and today is 12.09. why am I not getting a tracking number. Can you contact her?
I just want information so I know when it will arrive.
Could you reply to me in German, that would be nice.

Mentor1 month agoHi @yild_7867 after the latest delivery date stated in the offer has passed, you can report an item not received on eBay. You don’t need to contact eBay; as the seller, you automatically get the notice to ship once the buyer has paid eBay.
So there’s no way to speed things up, would you like to tell us the item number?
