Hello everyone, After the fact, I received a €20 discount from the seller for a used car part, since it was not in good condition as described. These €20 have not yet been shown in my Klarna app. The original invoice amount is still open there. According to the seller, I’m supposed to contact eBay, as he claims to have already refunded the money. Does anyone have an idea how I can now get my discount? Do I first have to pay the full amount to Klarna and then get the money back afterwards? Unfortunately, I have no experience with this, since Klarna otherwise always shows the current invoice amount straight away for returns etc. Many thanks in advance for your help!!!
