Hello community,

I had to cancel a sale yesterday because eBay forced a DHL shipping label on me.

I wasn’t able to select another provider like Hermes. I don’t want to ship goods for 24 EUR if I can do it for 11 EUR too.

eBay now wants to debit the cost of the DHL shipping label from my account. Why?

@hei-def Hey. 🙂 If you used a different label, you need to cancel the DHL label.

I found it under My eBay: Shipping labels -> Actions -> Cancel label

Hello @hei-def

eBay doesn't force shipping labels on anyone! Every seller can choose their labels themselves and also create / buy them wherever they want!

And if a label you chose has already been selected and it isn't used then it should be canceled.

Please give the item number and an eBay employee will take a look and reply here.
