Sale of an item
Amount is not being released.
According to the buyer, the phone was delivered 2 weeks ago and I can see that from the tracking. He is not clicking on "item received". Now the phone is shown to me as "inactive". How do I get my money?

what kind of shipping did you use then?
Did you also enter the correct tracking number and shipping provider in the system?

he can’t either, because that function doesn’t exist
apart from that, you also have no sales history at all; just for that reason alone, eBay already pays out the money with a delay
Did you read the payment processing terms and conditions?
