Sale does not appear in the list of sold items
I sold a camera tripod, but the sale did not appear in the list of sold items
Also, the buyer paid, but the sale amount was visible neither on e-bay nor in my bank account
E-bay Help provides no solution

Mentor3 weeks agoIt could be that the buyer's payment failed. But you definitely won't see the amount in your bank account because all payments first go to eBay. eBay then says when it's paid and you have to ship.
Please take a look at the payment processing and read up on it!

OP3 weeks agoThanks a lot for your quick reply.
eBay already wrote to me saying the money has been paid, and I’m allowed to ship the item. Only the money hasn’t arrived in my bank account. It’s also strange that the sale doesn’t appear in my eBay sales list.
The eBay help isn’t helping...

Could it be that you sold the tripod with a different account? I don't see any sold or active items in your account.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe money won’t go into your bank account, not now! You have to ship with tracking and need proof of delivery, and then the money will be paid out to your verified bank account.
And as the colleague already wrote, you can’t see a sale in this account. And if the message came from eBay then it was sold and paid for, just not with this account.
