Hi. After a long back and forth, I’d like to cancel a sale that the seller had already requested but was rejected. However, we’ve now agreed to cancel it after all. Unfortunately, that’s not possible because a cancellation already exists. We can’t sort this out via a refund because otherwise I’d be missing the sales commission, since I have a business account.Best regards
