Sale not listed as a sale
Good evening,
today I accepted 2 price offers from buyers, so I made 2 sales. Both are not listed under Sales, but are still under Active. I can also only view the price offers for one product. Neither has been paid yet either. The buyers may have similar problems.
What can I do now?

Mentor2 weeks agoHey @italienkatze ,
You have to wait until the buyer has paid. Only then are the items sold
Best wishes from the Baltic Sea

OP2 weeks agoHi Peter,
then at least I get an email from Ebay saying that the items have been bought, but not yet paid for.
Best regards

Mentor2 weeks agoNo, quite the opposite! Ebay changed something there some time ago, and items are only actually sold once they’ve been paid for. If another buyer now buys and pays directly, the first "buyer" is out of luck and the item is gone.
