withhold sales proceeds
Hello,
My sales proceeds are being withheld until the item has been delivered. Right now it is in a DHL Packstation and I am not getting my money. Many thanks for your help

As soon as your buyer has picked up the item, you’re welcome to get back to us here so we can check the amount that has been held back. Since the parcel was only dropped off at the Packstation yesterday, we should still give your buyer a little time to collect it. If the package comes back to you, you can issue a partial refund and deduct the shipping costs incurred from it.

Mentor1 month agoWell, at that price eBay is cautious, and especially if it's electronics that are prone to complaints. Also, you only have 1 current rating as a seller and are listed as a new seller. So they'll withhold it at first.
Other than waiting, nothing helps.

Mentor1 month agoNew sellers or VK who haven’t sold anything for a while and have no or only a few recent ratings may, under certain circumstances, have to wait longer for their money.

This is about another item that is in a DHL parcel locker and therefore is not shown as delivered, what happens if the buyer does not pick up the parcel thank you very much

Maybe an ebay employee can say more about it. Please provide the item number.
