Hello, what on earth was ebay thinking: we’re keeping all seller proceeds back for now in the default settings!!How many millions or billions of € are we talking about here? Do they pay interest too? Because I don’t believe they’re not making a nice profit off it... And I get none of that???I’m really pissed off about this new business model, which in my opinion is very dubious.Well, I thought it was only in the default setting, so I’ll just change that quickly. Yeah right: it says you have to set that in the payment settings if the seller proceeds are to be transferred to the account daily, for example - yes please!! BUT the problem is that these payment settings somehow don’t exist!!! At least I couldn’t find them. Alright, then contact customer service: the BOT absolutely refuses to understand me even though the question (where can I find the payout settings") isn’t hard to understand. There’s no email to customer service either. So I think something like that is unacceptable and I hope a lot of other people feel the same until ebay reverses this again and BASTA!!!
