Sales limit defies above-average service
Hello, how can I increase my selling limit (1) again? My service status had plummeted due to 3 transactions that were canceled a year ago (I was in intensive care), but it is now back at an above-average level. eBay won't let me request an increase because the service status is supposedly still poor. I also can't find any way to contact eBay personally about this.
