Shipping does not change to delivered
I sent the item as a letter directly at the post office via express shipping and entered the tracking number afterward. (Tracking number: JJD0114600012730076101). The letter has been delivered for over a week already and there has already been positive feedback. But the status still remains as not delivered, and so the payment is still being withheld.
