Shipping to the USA via eBay not possible
Hello everyone,
I sold an item worth €420 to someone in the USA.
I can't create the shipping label through eBay, it just isn't being offered to me. Not through Packlink either.
Separately, I could do it through DHL Express, but eBay has withheld my shipping costs of €67.
I can't get hold of anyone in customer service.

you won’t have any choice but to front the shipping costs. You have to ship within the processing time on file.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedOnly labels for D and the EU can be created via eBay, all other labels only on the shipping providers' websites.
And honestly, I'd also just leave it and not ship abroad, goods and money can be lost very quickly. And especially if the buyers are registered on ebay.com.

Mentor1 week agoLabels can only be paid for with credit via eBay and, as far as I know, only for Germany.
With the shipping providers, payment can be made online and the money just has to be advanced upfront.
